Please visit NPDA Online to download a copy of your latest unit report and have it ready for this exercise.

Exercise

Go through your audit data as a team and discuss the following:

  • Do you currently use data from NPDA for discussion in team meetings and clinic?
  • Does the service meet your expectations right now?
  • What are your biggest challenges?
  • Could you follow-up the latest NPDA report with any changes to your service?
  • Does the NPDA data highlight any areas for improvement?
  • Which area would you like to improve first?
